Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tetony ecosystem, APIs, Tetony Vault, Tetony Pay, or any of our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Tetony provides financial infrastructure for the autonomous economy. Our services include enterprise-grade digital asset custody, real-time fiat-to-crypto conversion APIs, AI agent payment routing, and access to our proprietary blockchain networks.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions (including, but not limited to, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), nor are you on the US Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals (OFAC).

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and multi-signature private keys. You explicitly agree that you will not use Tetony's infrastructure for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing OFAC sanctions.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Tetony Vault, Pay APIs, or Scutale blockchain.
• Facilitating the sale of illegal goods or services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TETONY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TETONY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, DEPLETION OF DIGITAL ASSETS, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM OR APIS.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tetony LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to instantly suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Tetony services without notice or liability if we suspect any breach of these Terms, including suspected money laundering, sanction violations, or any other suspicious activity flagged by our compliance systems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, specifically including Wyoming's laws governing digital assets and decentralized autonomous organizations.
