By accessing or using the Tetony ecosystem, APIs, Tetony Vault, Tetony Pay, or any of our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
Tetony provides financial infrastructure for the autonomous economy. Our services include enterprise-grade digital asset custody, real-time fiat-to-crypto conversion APIs, AI agent payment routing, and access to our proprietary blockchain networks.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and multi-signature private keys. You agree to use the Tetony platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, specifically including those governing digital assets in the State of Wyoming, USA.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tetony LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
