Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Non-Refundable On-Chain Transactions
As a provider of blockchain-based financial infrastructure (Tetony Vault, Tetony Pay), Tetony LLC processes transactions that interact directly with immutable decentralized networks. Once a transaction is broadcasted and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes all network fees, gas fees, and Tetony API processing fees associated with the transaction. It is your strict responsibility to verify all transaction parameters before execution.
2. B2B Subscription Cancellations
Tetony operates predominantly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Clients subscribing to our enterprise API tiers, dedicated infrastructure nodes, or Macellum licensing must adhere to the following cancellation terms:
- Notice Period: Cancellation requests for recurring subscriptions must be submitted in writing with a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Active Contracts: If you are under a fixed-term enterprise contract, early termination may incur a fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract duration, unless otherwise stipulated in your Master Service Agreement (MSA).
3. Refunds and Service Credits for Technical Downtime
We strive to maintain the highest standard of uptime for our APIs and Vault infrastructure. However, in the event of verified technical downtime or service disruption originating exclusively from Tetony's proprietary infrastructure (excluding underlying public blockchain network congestion or outages):
- We do not offer direct monetary refunds.
- Eligible enterprise clients may apply for Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits. These credits will be applied toward future billing cycles.
- Claims for SLA credits must be submitted to our support team within seven (7) days of the incident.
4. Compliance-Related Account Termination
If your account is suspended or permanently terminated by Tetony LLC due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, or sanctions screening (OFAC), you forfeit any right to a refund for unused subscription periods or prepaid API credits.
